On 10 July, Semyon Bychkov conducts the Czech Philharmonic in their last performance together this season in Bad Kissingen, Germany. They perform Tchaikovsky’s Third Symphony, Romeo & Juliet Fantasy Overture and Mozart’s Concerto for Two Pianos with Katia and Marielle Labèque.

A month later, he returns to the UK for performances at the Snape Proms on 20 August and the BBC Proms on 28 August. In Aldeburgh, Bychkov conducts the Britten-Pears Orchestra in an all-Tchaikovsky programme featuring the Manfred Symphony and Second Piano Concerto with soloist Kirill Gerstein. In London, he conducts the BBC Symphony Orchestra in the UK première of Thomas Larcher’s Symphony No. 2.
