On Friday 25 August, Semyon Bychkov releases Vol. 2 – Manfred Symphony – of his ongoing Tchaikovsky Project with the Czech Philharmonic for Decca Classics. Nearly a week later, Bychkov conducts the BBC Symphony Orchestra in the Manfred Symphony for his second appearance this year at the BBC Proms on Thursday 31 August.
