This month sees Semyon Bychkov return to the USA to conduct concerts in Chicago, LA, New York and San Francisco. From 3-6 May, Bychkov conducts the Chicago Symphony in works by Tchaikovsky and Bruch with soloists Katia and Marielle Labèque. A week later, he can be heard with the LA Philharmonic on 12 and 13 May in Schubert, more Bruch and Dvořák.

With the New York Philharmonic from 17-19, 22 and 24-26 May, Bychkov presents two programmes: the first features Brahms, Mendelssohn with soloist Betrand Chamayou and Shostakovich, and the second, Berio and Strauss. At the end of the month, Semyon Bychkov travels to San Francisco to conduct the San Francisco Symphony in Taneyev, Bruch and Tchaikovsky from 31 May-2 June.
